THE ARCHIBALD MICROBREWERY & RESTAURANT IN SAINTE-FOY OFFERS A WARM DECOR AND TERRACE.
Just like the Archibald microbrewery & restaurant in Blainvilleand the Archibald de Trois RivièresThe Archibald microbrewery & restaurant in Sainte-Foy has installed an infrared heating system to create a warm atmosphere for its customers and increase the number of hours it can be used on cooler evenings. Thanks to the speed of the lamp devices, users can feel the heat of the devices instantly.

Fostoria’ s MTM series radiant heaters are the perfect complement to the Archibald’s warm, rustic-style terrace. In order to install the units high up and maintain the desired warmth, we opted for 7.6kW or 11.4kW units (available at 600V) instead of the popular 5kW units (available at 208V, 240V and 600V).
With several sections on the terrace, the units are set up to provide optimum comfort for customers enjoying a good meal in the afternoon or evening.
To maintain the warm ambience of the terrace, we add red glass tubes to the infrared lamps of each unit to reduce the light emitted while leaving a red glow that adds to the existing ambience and attracts the eye of potential customers.
Control options
With a terrace full of people both in the afternoon and evening, a custom-designed control panel modulates the intensity of the devices to ensure the best possible comfort.
In fact, Technirep offers tailor-made control options to meet the specific needs of each restaurateur, including modulation via potentiometers, timers or smart wifi dimmers allowing control on smartphones.
