Beer always tastes better on a terrace
The Shawbridge microbrewery in Prévost in the Laurentians is a good example of the work we do. It is an elegant and comfortable terrace.
Our infrared heating system has allowed the microbrewery to maximize the use of its beautiful terrace and to add more than 40 seats during a good part of the year. Obviously, the level of customer satisfaction can only be enhanced with such a system since, let’s be honest, there’s nothing like having a good beer on a sunny October day.

La structure de la pergola nous a permis d’appliquer un principe de l’infrarouge augmentant l’efficacité et le confort lors de la conception.
One of the advantages of infrared heating is that the infrared rays directly heat the surfaces it touches, rather than the air, which would be lost at the first draught. It is therefore preferable to direct all the rays from the appliances onto a surface that absorbs the heat and then redistributes it. Thanks to the pergola, we were able to position the units at the end of the terrace, with the rays facing the restaurant wall. This allows any heat not directly directed towards the terrace’s customers to be absorbed into the wall and floor, and then quietly redistributed onto the terrace.
